10. Refund and Cancellations Policy

At CRESIRE Consultants Private Limited, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality BIM & CAD consulting/outsourcing services. Our Refunds and Cancellations policy ensures transparency and clarity regarding service-related cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations:

  • Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service request, you may do so within 24 hours of confirming the project or service order via email. Once the project has commenced, cancellations will not be allowed.
  • Non-Cancellable Services: Due to the nature of our services, certain projects, such as customized BIM modeling, CAD drafting or rendering services that have already started, are non-cancellable once work has begun.

Refunds:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if the service has not been initiated
  • Refund Requests: If eligible for a refund, please submit your refund request via email to enquiry@cresireconsulting.com with details of the service and the reason for the refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Upon refund approval, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-12 working days.
